University “Prof. D-r Assen Zlatatov”, Burgas, Bulgaria conducted trainings of 228 participants in the field of environmental monitoring in the Black Sea
In the period May – June, 2022, project beneficiary 4 University “Prof. D-r Assen Zlatatov”, Burgas successfully conducted training events in regard with the environmental problems in the Black sea, part of Group of activities T2 “Development of the training program”, activity A.T2.4 Training events, in the framework of project “Establishment of Learning Network for the consolidation effort of joint environmental control and monitoring in the Black sea Basin 2”, LeNetEco2, eMS code: BSB 1088
228 participants took part in five pilot training groups as follows: 66 pupils and 5 teachers, /planned 50/, 85 students /planned 80/, 23 representatives of local authorities /planned 20/, 23 representatives of NGO and media /planned 20/, 26 other stakeholders /planned 20/.
The training was conducted by the members of the Joint research team on behalf of PB4 assoc. professor Daniela Toneva, expert in curriculum development, assoc. professor Alexander Dimitrov, expert in monitoring methodology and assoc. professor Nikola Todorov, specialist of profile organizations-laboratories.
At the event of the trainings events, each participant received certificate signed by the deputy rector and project coordinator prof. Irena Markovska and by the assoc. professor Daniela Toneva, expert in curriculum development. All participants will receive an international certificate as well, signed by the Lead benefivciary.
On 06.07.2022 (Wednesday), at 10:30 o’clock, at conference room “Amphibia” of hotel “Aqua”, Burgas, Bulgaria, will be conducted the second press-conference under the project “Establishment of Learning Network for the consolidation effort of joint environmental control and monitoring in the Black sea Basin 2”. During the event the team will present the results of the conducted trainings.
