Environmental training courses in Izmail (Ukraine)

In the period July – October, 2022, project beneficiary 2 Agency of Sustainable Development and European Integration "Lower Danube" Euroregion, Izmail successfully conducted training events in regard with the environmental problems in the Black sea, part of Group of activities T2 “Development of the training program”, activity A.T2.4 Training events, in the framework of project “Establishment of Learning Network for the consolidation effort of joint environmental control and monitoring in the Black sea Basin 2”, LeNetEco2, eMS code: BSB 1088.

169 participants took part in five pilot training groups as follows: 53 pupils, (planned 50), 50 students (planned 50), 21 representatives of local authorities (planned 20), 23 representatives of NGO and media (planned 20), 22 other stakeholders (planned 20).

The training was conducted by the members of the Joint research team on behalf of PB2 Vasiutynska Kateryna, Expert in monitoring methodology, Komarovskyi Viktor, Expert in curriculum development and Lebid Valerii, specialist of profile organizations-laboratories.

At the event of the trainings events, each participant received international certificate signed by the project manager Lucian Țilea - Lead Partner, Danubius University Galati.
